Technical partner for business development

Technical systems built around your business — not the other way around

We help businesses work more efficiently, modernise outdated systems, automate complex processes and make better use of the data they already create.

Before we build anything, we ask a simpler question:

What are you actually trying to achieve?

Because sometimes the right answer to “we need a new website” is “why?”

  • Automation
  • Architecture
  • Data

01 / Approach

Start with the problem,
not the software

Technology is useful when it improves the business behind it.

We first look at how the company actually works: the process, the people, the existing systems, the repetitive work and the decisions that need to be made.

Then we decide what should change.

Sometimes that means building a new system. Sometimes integrating what already exists. Sometimes changing the process first and writing less software.

The goal is to make the business work better.

02 / Where we can help

Problems worth solving

01

Your existing system has become a limitation

Modernisation without breaking what already works.

Older systems often contain years of valuable business logic. We identify what still works, what is holding the business back and modernise it step by step.

02

Too much work is still being done manually

Repeated data entry, spreadsheets, manual checks and administrative routines are good candidates for automation. We reduce wasted time, mistakes and unnecessary work.

03

Your systems don't talk to each other

ERP, accounting, e-commerce, logistics, CRM, payments and internal tools should exchange information reliably. We build APIs and integrations that make information move automatically.

04

You have data, but you're not using it

Operational systems already produce useful information. We turn it into something that helps answer practical questions about efficiency, customers, products, costs and opportunities.

05

You know the problem, but not what to build

You do not need a finished specification. We can start from the business problem, analyse the process and design the technical solution from there. If the original idea is not the best solution, we will say so.

03 / Partnership

A technical partner,
not just a software supplier

Good software requires more than good code. It requires understanding why the system exists and how it affects the business around it.

We bring more than 25 years of experience with business processes, integrations, software architecture and decision-support systems.

We prefer long-term partnerships because the better we understand a business, the more useful we can become. But the relationship can start with one problem.

05 / Selected work

Business systems in the real world

Peopood

Replaced Excel-based planograms and paper-driven field work with a complete web and management system for organising products visually across stores, warehouses and vehicles. The system automates billing, statistics, internal and customer-facing document generation, warehouse movements and product data synchronisation with the company’s external CRM. It has continued to scale as the product catalogue has grown roughly sevenfold.

Glara Sport

Designed and developed a complete marketplace platform supporting registered and guest users, product sales, payments, delivery, payouts, invoicing, notifications, reporting and operational management. The platform includes automated LHV bank integration for payments, currency conversion and payment-status handling, together with the tools needed to manage exceptions and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Pireka

Developed websites and ordering systems in Estonia and Lithuania, both connected to an external CRM through APIs so product data is maintained only in the company’s core business software. The two markets share the same underlying technology but use different ordering logic and implementations to match local business processes.

Vatson

Built a wide range of custom backend systems, WordPress plugins and integration solutions for museums, exhibitions, universities and sports-betting systems. Projects have also included remotely managed exhibition hardware, advertising platforms, and numerous Facebook games and other interactive campaign applications.

Estonian Cycling Union

Built a new backend system for managing competitions, cyclists, coaches, support personnel, registrations and related administration. The system includes automated document and invoice generation, statistics, reporting and API integrations including external UCI services.

Estonian Academy of Arts / mois.ee

Converted an old static HTML site about Estonia’s manor heritage into a modern information system for managing manors and related entities such as buildings, historical figures and cultural references. The platform includes wiki-style public contributions, image management, revision history and user-access controls.

06 / How we work

We don't begin with a list of features.
We begin with questions

  • What problem are we solving?
  • What is the ideal outcome?
  • What already works?
  • Where is time being wasted?
  • What information already exists?
  • What would create measurable value?

Only then do we decide what should be built.
